Makati is the center of business in Manila and this central area is one of the few places where you can walk to almost everything you need. The office is located on the ground floor of a building will a full-height, 2-story glass wall. In front of the wall is a small chapel that sits on a 'front porch', a large, covered entry into the building. The space around the chapel is planted which makes a nice buffer to the street. The other end of this space is a café which enlivens the space and the street.

The landlord agreed to pay for improvements to the space, so a mezzanine level was designed out of steel and a cantilevered stair that leads up to studio space on the upper level.
